While everyone I encountered was very friendly, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that there was several pieces of hair and ants in the bathroom. I did notify the front desk about the ants and they mentioned they noted it.

Location is awesome, staff are wonderful and friendly, and rooms are comfortable. Ayers is now my favorite place to stay in the Anaheim area.

The Ayres Hotel Anaheim has quickly become our favorite Anaheim hotel when not staying on Disneyland property. The staff is genuinely caring, the bedding is wonderful, and the free breakfast is fresh and satisfying — especially the cook-to-order pancakes! And even though the property is close to several major activity centers, which provides excellent access, the Ayres Hotel Anaheim is a hidden oasis screened by mature trees, with quiet, comfortable rooms. Quite simply, we love this property and look forward to our next stay every time we leave.

I am a travel advisor who recently had the pleasure of working with the sales team at this property, to secure a room block for the hosts of the recent AAPN conference. Working with Jacky Morones and Bryanna Munoz was such a fantastic experience. In my line of work I work with hotel teams all over the globe, but the team here at The Ayres Hotel Anaheim delivered a stellar performance. From the initial email about availability all the way through until the conference had completely wrapped up, Jacky and Bryanna were in constant communication with me and answered any questions I had extremely promptly, which can be rare these days. Hats off to Jacky, Bryanna and the countless other hotel employees for facilitating such a seamless experience, not only for myself, but most importantly for our client who hosted the conference.

Hotel is clean and breakfast is slightly above average. Bed was very lumpy so not ideal. The gym itself was locked until 6 AM so very frustrating when we were still on central time and ready to work out at 5. Gym was also small and the single treadmill was unsafe to run on.
