Check in. Thought this was a clean Inn. Walked into this. Make sure you guys check your pillow not the pillow cover. So disgusting that I have to throw it on the floor.

Wouldn’t have found this place without trip advisor and the reviews are true. It’s a basic but very clean hotel. The price is reasonable and the staff are super nice. No breakfast but an awesome coffee machine in the lobby. One thoughtful touch I really liked was the extra toothbrushes because sometimes I’ve forgotten one. Thanks!

This place saved my as*!! I absolutely love and appreciate them! I was basically stranded and going to have to sleep outside on the street because my original booking - stylish hostel - did not honour my stay and wasn’t there. Expedia set me up at friendship motor inn and they were amazing! So accommodating and kind! The room was clean and much nicer than I was expecting with everything I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend!

we stayed here two nights in August 2023, centrally located to hollywood and downtown, also from hollywood you can go to Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Pier easily. Sandy at the front desk was amazing and friendly. Parking was free, only reason why i didnt give this a 10/10 was the other clientale, who kept us up till 3am on our first night, by argueing with his gf right next door. also they kept their car running through the night :(beds were clean and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at the Friendship Motor Inn. This is my second visit after several years. The staff are friendly and engaging. The rate was accessible, and the location was helpful for exploring some northern parts of LA. My room was worn, with a stained carpet, the residual odor of smoking, the odor of trying to cover the odor with “freshener”. There were signs of maintenance and renovation in the room and adjacent walkways, a good sign. Painting and gaps where new fixtures had arrived. There was a fridge and microwave. The heater is in the bathroom area but did warm the entire room. My room could have used some wall repairs, fist-sized hole in wall, and more attention to hygiene on the bathroom walls near the toilet. I would probably stay here again in a few years, just to see if they caught up in the maintenance and hygiene.
