Kading is a development, construction, and property management company that collaborates with Midwest communities and residents to fill a gap in workforce housing. Our leasable townhomes are in 26 communities across Iowa. We believe in supporting the working family by providing a private entrance and a front-door lifestyle they can afford. Just as important, we believe in supporting communities by offering an approach that provides prosperity and growth for the local economy. Kading builds communities that bring people home.
