Upon arrival I was not greeted immediately nor in a friendly manner. Was advised that checkout is at 11, not noon as the site reflects. Now the room was not good. Had a musty smell and it was humid in the room. Beds not very comfortable. The AC worked good to cool the room but I’m pretty sure that is how many bugs got into the room. Flies were all over the room, my daughter had a mosquito on her and in the morning we found some dead bugs. I didn’t go barefoot in the room, I wasn’t confident the carpet was clean. The pool area was gross and three is no hot tub. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn’t stay here again.

May be one of the worst Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at. The fitness room smells awful, the rest of the hotels feel like maintenance has never been performed in 100 years. The shower dripped the entire stay and the toilet ran constantly and never stayed filled. Overall would never stay here again. Location is fine close to downtown though. The price of the hotel could be $1 and I still wouldn’t stay here

Traveladvisor has a 4.0 ratings. I don’t see how bad the reviews were until I got in the room and was wondering if I was the only one with complaints. That’s how they got my booking. This hotel is horrible. First off. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom, probably left by the cleaners. They didn’t replenish the rags and towels, so there was 1 rag and 1 towel. The shower wasn’t hot, it was lukewarm. The refrigerator door is hanging off the hinges. There’s nails sticking out of the walls where pictures used to hang. The wallpaper is peeling. The ceiling has wet spots where it looks like it was leaking. And it smelled funny to me. Like they don’t use cleaning products around the toilet. Seems like the cleaners just make the beds and wipe down everything with one rag, if they see something that needs wiping. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, my husband kept stepping on something. He was so tired from driving he just laid down and went to sleep. According to the reviews all of the rooms are bad. So we just stayed where we were. I won’t stay again or recommend this hotel. And since they charge full price, I would expect something nicer.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. This hotel is filthy and not up to Hilton standards. The hot water barely worked in pulsate between kind ofwarm and cold. The room was filthy with hair all over the room and debris on the carpets both in the room and outside. I think the hotel owns a vacuum. Everything in the room was moist and almost damp due to the air conditioner and they said some kind of roof leak. The housekeeping staff stated they are not given time to clean the rooms and I heard the front desk manager speaking to staff, which was very shocking and surprising. The management does not care when you complain and they will not return phone calls on my previous day. I received a huge cut on my leg from a large piece of metal sticking out of the bed and had to get stitches and a tetanus shot. Once again, the hotel staff would not even return my phone call. The night auditor was very kind and came up and saw the injury and the huge piece of metal and also expressed concern about the lack of care of the hotel. Do not stay at this hotel as it is not good and read the reviews on Google they all had similar experiences. I would’ve stayed Holiday Inn if they weren’t booked at the time and was desperate for a hotel. There was no way I thought that it could be this badtwice but this seems to be the standard for this place. It’s privately owned and the management and owners do not care once they get your you are stuck if you book this hotel you’ll be very sorry and have lots of regret.

We booked with a group for volleyball tournament an this is where they got us. The charge per night was inflated, which is antithetical to the hotel’s idea of booking. The toilet had a hard time flushingThe shower would not drain well at all, so we showered in over 4 inches of dirty water unless we stopped in mid-shower just to let it drain. The sliding door to the bathroom kept sliding open. This is by far the worst Hampton Inn I have seen and certainly the worst of dozens I have stayed in.Please stop being so cheap or lower your rates, because the perceived value is far disproportionate.
