Fehrenbacher Hof, fondly known to its customers and community as "the Hof" serves Ristretto Roasters espresso, and a line up of coffee taps so customer can choose the coffee that suits them best. There is also a variety of Kombucha and Columbia Gorge Organic juices. The breakfast sandwiches and burritos are satiating, with Tillamook cheddar, baked egg, tomato, choice of filling, and Bud's Reuben sauce. The baking selection, managed by Marlys Mick of Foothill Broiler fame, features no trans-fats and a wide variety of choices. GEM gluten free baked goods are available and gluten free buns for the breakfast sandwiches. Daily soup and sandwich specials fill out the menu. The coffee house is owned by former Mayor of Portland, Bud Clark (1984-1992) and is operated by the Clark Family. Housed in a early 20th Century home, there are cozy nooks to meet with friends or simply hide out and read or study.

MoreBreakfast sandwich was yummy! And everything was very fairly pieced! The coffee was also delicious and the space was so, so cozy. Everyone behind the counter was also kind. Definitely coming back!
