Scooters & Duke’s are 2 attached pubs in the Water Street District. $1 happy hour tappers and friendly service make it a terrific place to stop!

In a great section downtown, not far from the water, it's a good atmosphere with decent drinks at decent downtown prices. Friendly service, the place was clean, though on the smaller side. Fun crowd. Typical downtown parking issues.
