tripadvisorThe employees at this AMC are racist, including the rude disrespectful unprofessional unethical irrational mentally ill bartender who says his name is Drew, who I reported to the manager for reprimand and proper training though they know they hire unprofessional racists to work there and train them to treat African American customers that way. She barely said she'll do so after brushing off the matter as I was taking of my valuable time and energy verbalizing it to her; she was multitasking and not looking at me when she should have stepped off to the side to give me her undivided attention and ear. Prior to approaching her; i informed Drew of how his Mishandling of my request was offensive and that he's the first ever to behave the way he did toward me. Instead of him apologizing he clocked an attitude and bitingly told me he does not care. Then he proceeds to blatantly lie in my face by claiming that they clean and disinfect the nasty filthy seats between each show time when he knows they do not; they do not even do so nightly; which is disgusting. As disgusting of what you see and touch on them and around them along with the stains, hairs, dandruff, liquids, trash, food particles etc etc etc that they leave behind between showtimes. He tried to argue with me instead of being professional apologetic ethical rational and courteous. The cashier's at the concession stand are just as racist and unwelcoming. I will be posting this review on Yelp and trip advisor, as well as publishing it as an official public webpage on wix.
MoreExcellent place to get a movie, eat, drink, shop and enjoy your time in Burbank area. Also you can take a picture with The Batman Hush bronze statue by Jim Lee.A must go experience for DC Fans.
MoreManagers need to PAY ATTENTION to guests when they have a problem, not SCOFF at them, or say, That's just the way it is, and then stare at you and wait for you to walk away. Awful customer service. Concession lines are awful, employees are NOT smart or friendly, in my opinion, and the people in the theaters just talk during the movie as if they're in their living rooms, and no one checks or says anything... it's a terrible way to experience something you've been waiting to see. I'm just going to start asking for refunds every time someone talks through an entire movie. Maybe that will get them to wise up. Probably won't be here much more, though. It's just not fun to leave angry when you're out on a weekend because they can't do business well. Ugh.
MoreDon't preorder food! Stood in line for 10 minutes only to be told food not ready, while those who didn't preorder were served. Had to wait 20 minutes because they would not prepare the order until the start of the movie!
MoreWent with my family to see Cruella. The seats were really comfortable and they were as if we were on the house couch!!! We asked for food and they served it on our seats so we could have dinner while watching the movies. My children (teens) were really happy. It is expensive but the experience was worth it!!
