tripadvisorWe went Friday and Saturday - great experience with great customer service - we have gone for many years after basketball/ concerts at Gainbridge and Everwise - a perfect place to relax and hear great music - and an easy walk from downtown hotels - we highly recommend - suggest reserving a table - great deal and close to the stage
MoreWe had a wonderful fun night at Howl at the Moon Indy! Getting a table reserved was easy - thank you Tayllor. We were greeted quickly by our server Grace. She is absolutely the best! She was there when needed, helped and was quick. Our group had a lot of fun. The only thing we were disappointed about is realizing that this is not a true piano bar.
MoreMy husband and I did the NYE rail package and it was excellent and worth the money! Catered food was yummy, drinks were heavy handed ;) Eli and Tony (bartenders) were so accommodating and attentive to us during the whole night! Vibe was on point for ringing in the new year! Would do again!
MoreEntered with a group that had reservations, but none were found upon arrival. Got a seat anyway. Waiter was prompt and friendly. Stayed for a couple of hours. Music was so-so. Drinks okay, not great. Ran a tab and paid. Had to return to the bar as a friend left her jacket. When she went in to get it, she was approached by our waiter telling her that our group left an unpaid bill. She covered it. We found out the next day that the leader of our group had paid the tab for everyone's drinks. So, we feel we were double charged. Will not return.
Morewent there with a group of 10. we were all having a great time, when, I was flagged over to escort my wife out. apparently, as we were informed by management, wearing a shirt that read TRUMP GIRL was to them, harassing some customers. mind you, she had said nothing to anyone. she was simply dancing with girlfriends on the dance floor. one poor excuse for a man told her to take the shirt off or get out. the other crybaby, while crying crocodile tears, & making a huge scene , told her how offended he was.one of his friends then apparently raised from his chair & started towards my wife's friend while she was by herself, as if to intimidate. WHAT A COWARDLY PIECE OF CRAP.it's a shame that individuals like this, that scream for their freedoms & rights, recognize no one else's. the management should be ashamed, maybe advertise snowflakes only. so, the management kicked out 10 paying customers who had said nothing to anyone for the sake of a couple of crybaby's pretending to be men, who, in fact, caused all the disturbance. management better buy a big supple of baby pacifiers if they are intent on pacifying this type of customer, because they are going to need them. COWARDS AND CRYBABIES!
