Exceptional experience! From the first step inside, I was greeted by the front desk staff. She was absolutely Amazing! We handled the reservation, then she explained all the amenities! Gave me cards for drinks and explained where dinner was! She gave me instructions how to get to our room. We met housekeeping along the way! Very professional spoke with a smile and asked if they could help with anything! Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom was sparkling and pretty! Overall experience was 100 out of 10. I will never stay at another Hotel!! Well done!!

The drury in chesterfield was great! Not only did we enjoy the breakfast, dinner and free drinks we also had amazing customer service. We had an issue with our room and we were treated with compassion and understanding and had a solution right away without having to beg for an solution. We will definitely stay again!! Great hotel

We've stayed at the Drury St Louis Chesterfield several times and they never disappoint. From the especially helpful and friendly staff to the great value to the quality of the rooms and property, it's the only place we stay when visiting. The evening kickback is well more than snacks, it's a full dinner with drinks. I've never seen this at any other hotel. And the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and clearly enjoy working at the Drury. They go out of their way to provide excellent guest service.
