I love this bookstore. Walk in here on any given day, and you’re likely to meet Leigh, the owner. Bespectacled and energetic, she has always steered me well. This charming, clean, and organized shop is exactly what a bookstore should be. Leigh hires well, too. The employees at Leigh’s and Bookasaurus, the kids bookstore just down the way, consistently and cheerfully have hit the mark whenever I have been looking for a book for myself, a story or a toy for my young son, or a gift for a friend. It’s well-located, too. A pleasant walking street, cafes, restaurants, an ice cream store, pubs with live music, a movie theater, and even a Whole Foods and a Target are right there. And unlike some places (looking at you SF and Burlingame!), parking is free and abundant.

We like to go to Leigh's Favorite books which is on Murphy Avenue. This is a small, but good book store which caters to both children and adults. The staff is awesome and has given some great suggestions on what to read next.

We like to go to Leight's Favorite Books. Its a very good book stare with a good variety of books. There are children and adult books. The staff is very nice. Its been there for a long time. Its on Historic Murphy Street, which is a great street for dining. So its fun to go to the book store before or after dining. There is free parking nearby.
