The hotel has great, welcoming and helpful staff. It was very clean. First, it would have been nice if this hotel had noted they were doing construction right now. The room I was assigned was right above where they were working. I'm not sure what caused the droning noise that woke me up at 3 am, but I was not able to go back to sleep because of it continuing. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed, as swimming is one of the ways I like to exercise. The rooms are dated but furnished well. The bed was okay, not great. For the price, I might stay again, but would ask about construction ongoing.

We had a reservation for a suite; when we arrived we were given a regular room. When my husband went to check on this he was told that all suites were undergoing renovations. We weren't told this when we made the reservation. Because of the renovations, both back doors were open & large fans were in the lobby/check-in area. The receptionist was not friendly at all. Thankfully, the room A/C was working when we arrived & the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the A/C unit 'froze-up' during the night & when we got up in the morning, the room was hot. We had to get ready to catch a flight & it was very uncomfortable. We were happy to get out of there.We stayed there as we had an early flight to catch. We decided to eat in the restaurant. There was no A/C there but they had large fans blowing. We asked if this was because of the renovations & were told by the wait staff that the A/C 'always' went out in the restaurant. We will not be staying at this hotel again! Very unpleasant experience; unfriendly reception staff.

A bit run down but they are doing renovations. Staff was friendly and professional. My bathroom had some issues like rusting tub and an odor of prolonged dampness but didn’t see any mildew. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

If you are using Airport Parking Lot they offer, I just had both catalytic converters on a Tacoma expertly cut and stolen while parked there 7/12 to 7/16. Park at your own risk, there is the risk!

I have stayed here several times and they consistenly exceed expectation! Spotless, updated rooms and Excellent service! From the front desk staff to the houskeepers and restaurant servers, they never fall short of perfection! I stay at hundreds of different hotels every year and this property never disappoints! Even the airport shuttle service is superior to most other airport locations... shout out to Ozzie the van driver! Also Antonia (Guest Services) is Amazing!
