The library has a very limited amount of books. Lots of computers, few books. Staff seems cordial enough. Was disappointed. For the population of Surprise I expected a bit more. This library reminds me of a small town one I have seen with very limited book selections.

Well appointed regional library with excellent selection of magazines and newspapers. The reading area allows you to look over the community lake, but with indoor air conditioning to defeat the heat.

My favorite library. The staff are always willing to go out of their way to help you.It is a very warm&welcoming space. Also the friends of the library book sale room is loaded with books&videos at bargain prices..Lots of good material for children as well... From Tai Chi classes to the monthly free Master Gardener Q&A session there is so much to learn and do.Also BEST FREE DEAL EVER are the Cultural Passes..these give you free admission to 13 major attractions in our area. Each library has a display&info on how to get yours. You can save yourself hundreds of dollars. The librarians can answer any questions.

We routinely visit and borrow books and DVDs. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this library.

My wife and I were looking for a city to retire in while visiting Surprise our friend took us to Northwest Regional Library and it was the reason we decided Surprise would be the place we would retire to The library is high tec and overlooks a beautiful lake
