My hot latte was ok; but the cold brew was poured from a pitcher in the refrigerator and did not taste good at all.

I ordered a sugar free caramel chocolate latte. It was delicious but finished in a few minutes. I asked for light ice and it definitely was not light. Waaaay too much ice. I was disappointed.
