Body was nearly empty when we checked in, breakfast time replenish items was very slow even after asking few time. Next day when we came back in the evening room was dirty, trash was not taken out, bed was not done, towels were not replaced. When call they just came with fresh towels butcroom remain dirty.

Very accommodating and friendly. Held our large luggage for two days while we went to Denali. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

This hotel does not reflect the price per night price tag. It feels worn down, not entirely clean, and the decor has only been partially replaced in a super clean out the closet kind of way. The front desk staff could barely speak English and was not helpful and accommodating our request for a digital key. We are Hilton Honors gold members and the front desk had and I don’t care attitude even though we got in at 2:30 AM and only asked for a 12 PM checkout that’s just one hour later than their usual. She snootily stressed how the maids needed to “get the rooms changed over”… when I left at 11:30… Her petty Max concession… there were zero maids up on room three where I was staying and two on the first floor working across the hall from each other. It seems to me that 30 minutes if that’s what it takes to make your customer happy would be a lot better investment when you can’t possibly turn my room over in that 30 minute window anyway - it didn’t make a difference to the operating of your hotel it didn’t make a difference to me.

Clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. I had a very quick turn around into Anchorage to participate in a company tour of the north slope facility. The hotel shuttle was efficient in getting me back and forth to catch flight tour. Tip about shuttle: during tourist/cruise season you may wait longer at airport pickup after arriving due to the shuttle servicing 3 different Hilton brands. If shuttle is full you may have to wait until it returns. Call guest services when you pick up luggage and you will be given an ETA for shuttle. Nice breakfast included. Coffee available 24/7. I stayed in a king suite. Has full kitchen. Comfortable bed in separate room. Couch converts into twin bed. Call guest services for bedding to be delivered for the couch bed. Hotel is located on a quiet street with other hotels. A nice restaurant at the end of street: Bear Paw Bar and Grill. You can walk to it within 7-10 min depending on your pace. Overall I recommend this hotel whether you are in Anchorage for a quick business trip or as a home base to explore the area.

We had to book a very last minute unexpected trip to Anchorage for medical. Looking for a hotel was extremely overwhelming and as a diamond member I just hit book on Hilton Homewood suites. They only had one room with one king bed but we were gonna make it work. I arrived at the hotel and the front desk woman was able to get us a room with two beds. Hallelujah ! We arrived into our room and my son said it was the nicest best room we have ever stayed in. The beds were comfy. The staff was amazing and so friendly!!! From the managers reception with quality wine and beer and snacks to the friendly staff making delicious breakfasts. And even the maintenance guy who let my son do ONE more cannon ball before we had to leave the pool as it was closing. There were no areas I could comment on them being able to improve on. Great job Hilton! Thank you for making an extremely stressful upsetting trip the best it could possibly be. If we ever travel back to Anchorage, we will definitely be staying here
