The folks at Motoquest were super helpful and patient in familiarizing me with the rented motorcycle and the route. Upon arrival, they made a number of helpful adjustments to the bike to suit my particular size and preferences, including changing out the entire seat to mount me a little higher. I also broke the windshiled along the trip (my own operator error), and they covered and took care of the replacement without any hassle. Most importantly, they were very helpful in offering tips for the particular route. Great people, great operation, great equipment, great everything!

We just finished a 3300-mile ride from Alaska to Oregon (I was on a BMW 1300GS and my friend was on a BMW 750GS). It was amazing. I’ve rented from Motoquest several times before and have always found both the customer service and bikes to be first-rate. From Darlene in Anchorage to Traynor and Dax in Portland, all of the staff was great to work with and consistently went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed before, during and after the ride. Highly recommend!

Experience was so easy considering we were coming from the other end of the world. The team at Motoquest made it relaxing and took away any concerns we were having leading up to the trip. Bikes were clean and good quality, just serviced and new tyres. The riding was amazing as we stayed off all the interstate's where practical possible. Completed 3,750 miles in the 20 days of riding and every where was so different and the bikes didn't miss a beat. We will be looking to do another ride in the near future and will be looking if Motoquest are in the area as our go too supplier.

Rented a r1300gs from motoquest in anchorage to do the Dalton Highway with my daughter as pillion. Motoquest were brilliant. From handing over the bike that was ready and prepared when I arrived. Gave me an extra petrol canister to use on the trip. Handing the bike back was great. All the staff at Anchorage were brilliant. Excellent place to hire a bike. Just Look after the bike as if its your own. Thank u guys and girls. It was a trip of a lifetime for us.
