We had a wonderful stay at Cypress Palms Hotel with Wyndham! It was such a great place to vacation, with so many amenities to enjoy. We especially loved the pool and the mini golf!Our unit was clean, spacious, and felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.We also loved the location! It was so convenient being close to stores, food trucks, and the flea market. There was always something to do, and we loved having everything so close by.We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Cypress Palms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, fun, and convenient place to vacation! We can't wait to come back! ❤️

Very nice accommodations. People very accommodating. Rooms fairly clean. Appliances need repla cing especially dishwasher. did not work well. Did not like the wasted time with the timeshare agents and the botched gifting process.

The Palms had some of the most people friendly staff I've ever experienced, from the front desk to the maintenance and ground crew. My room was perfect and had all I needed for my stay. My bed was comfortable and my room was stocked with essentials. I'd definitely stay here again.

The resort LOOKS like it should be great. We experienced tons of issues. Ants & Roches in the room. We woke up 2 different mornings with a broken AC. Imagine being in Florida during August, spending 15 hours in Disney World and waking up the next morning in a hotel room over 80 degrees. Our TVs initially didn't work. I realized the shampoo & conditioner bottles were empty after I was already in the shower with wet hair. We had a week stay & were never offered any form of room service or essential restocks. We had to walk across the resort for toilet paper & towels. Overall, I will absolutely never stay there again. Ever.
