One of the BEST Hyatt hotel’s. I choose Hyatt Place Indianapolis Airport every time I fly out of IND. Their airport shuttle service makes it so convenient no matter what time of day it is. Professional & courteous every stay.

We booked this hotel as the preferred hotel for guests at our daughter’s wedding, and from start to finish, was overjoyed with the service, responsiveness, and location. The polite, caring sales dept was the original reason we booked with them. They were so easy to work with! Diana and Libby monitored the bookings and kept us updated all along. On the day of arrival, we were assisted with distributing our gift bags without any issues. They gave our daughter and husband sparkling grape juice knowing they did not drink, along with a nice charcuterie board in their room (as well as one with a bottle of wine in our room too!) I wish I could name every staff member from the bartenders, front desk, and cleaning staff, because our guests raved about how polite and friendly everyone was to them! I am so grateful for their excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or a planned event. You will be pleasantly surprised!

MoreVery near airport and just off I-465. Room was nice. Very clean. Everything that was used worked. Mini fridge in room. Shower was low pressure. Adequate but that was all. Breakfast is typical Hyatt fare. It is ok but nothing spectacular.
