Established in 2000, The Woodlands High School Ninth Grade Campus provides education for more than 900 students in grade nine. Its curriculum includes classes in English, foreign language, math, social studies, science, physical education and computer technology. The campus offers personal and academic counseling services. The Woodlands High School Ninth Grade Campus provides opportunities for students to participate in band, choir, speech, debate, drama, orchestra, cheerleading and academic programs. The campus operates various clubs and organizations and offers athletic activities. It is a part of the Conroe Independent School District, which governs various elementary, middle and high schools. The district enrolls over 48,000 students annually and employs nearly 5,700 people.
