The staff is excellent. I've been here almost two weeks. The knob on my shower broke. I called the manager. It was replaced in less than 45 minutes. I've found the staff very accommodating. Almost like family. New mattresses. New interior paint. Can tell there is real work going on here.

I travel to Midland, Odessa area often for work related matters this is a place where I usually stay, clean rooms and fair prices, management staff really friendly and helpful, and accessible to I-20..

I traveled a lot. I must confess these rooms need to be cleaned and updated. My colleague did NOT want to use the tower or bathroom. Mine was dirty and someone forgot to flush when I check-in. I stayed for one night ONLY. It is my last resource.

This place is not for the faint of heart! Be sure to pack flashlights and pillows. All the basics are supplied--there were beds with clean sheets and hot running water. Bring a bouncer with you for safety. Lock your stuff! No breakfast, so pack a protein bar. Internet works sporadically, and bring an electrician to figure out how to plug everything in. It'll be an adventure! The best part is that it's significantly cheaper than anything else in the area. Just pack wisely!

Obviously managment is complacent in how disgusting their housekeeping and maintenance is. A minor example is that we refused to even shower because the tub has not been cleaned for months. I could go on forever, but not worth my breath.
