She was so sweet and helpful talking us through everything as we were first time eye lash extension customers. We spent a wonderful afternoon getting lash extensions and nails done. Wonderful energy and conversation. Sweet little chihuahuas to hang out with if you like that. She is amazing and I highly recommend you see her. Her demeanor and vibe was so chill. Very much appreciated all the time and effort she spent on us!!! Go see her :)

I had plans to be in town for work and decided to treat myself so I pre-booked an appointment online and Was Charged the Non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the service. I received a phone call the next day from the massage therapist telling me that she was not going to be available I called the spa number only to hear a recording saying that they were closed until March 9th, my appointment was supposed to be March 4th! WHY would a place still be taking appointments and people's money if they are not going to be open?! Now, in addition to everything else I still have to do to get ready for this trip, I have to battle to get my money back. I am really, really not happy.

We received the Royal treatment here. A friend contacted the owner directly for our girls' trip to New Braunsfels. She arranged for the four of us come in on a Sunday for the Spa Day Package. The location is cozy and intimate. My girlfriends and I were treated like princesses by the owner, the masseuse and the woman who did the facials. I have had many a massage, but this is the first time I have had someone who payed attention to where I was feeling the most pain and took the time to work on those areas. We were all amazed that such a tiny person could be so strong! I have never had a facial before, but it, by far, was the most AMAZING thing I have ever had. The owner of the Spa did our nails. It was a comforting (and very sanitary!) experience. She made us feel right at home. We even had two surprise assistants who never left our side! I also have to say that the price for the package was a STEAL. I wish I lived closer because I would visit this place OFTEN!
