I want to shout out about the wonderful, above and beyond service I had from Crystal, at Cinemark 17 Woodlands this afternoon. Cinemark17 made a mistake online with the movie times, so we ended up needing to change our reserved seats to a different auditorium than we signed up for, ending up getting much further away seats than what we started with, after having to move several times, for A Man Called Otto. Crystal made sure we had some seats, but offered us guest passes and a full refund as well to make up for the error. We still saw the movie so I wasn't really expecting anything, but she was waiting outside the theater right after the show to make things right. :) I was so impressed with her taking responsibility and following through. Crystal really had us leaving happy and ready to return, despite the snafu. Thank you! Always also appreciate the clean theater with really comfortable reclining seats, and its convenient location.

Better than most Cinemarks I’ve been to, the young staff brings good vibes to anyone wanting a break from shopping. The beer selection is not too shabby either.

Took advantage of a Thursday afternoon off to go to the movies. My first time at a Cinemark. Not to knock AMC theaters, but this theater seemed more upscale & much cleaner than other places I’ve been. Appreciated that they serve adult beverages. Never had wine at the movies before. 9 oz Mark West Pinot Noir $14.61 with tax. I think the 6 oz was around $11.00, so I got the 9 oz. I suppose with what I’ve paid for a Coke at other theaters that was reasonable. Reclining lounge chairs were quite comfortable in #10. Wife & I had a great time. Lots of parking available in the garage next door. Would recommend & come back!

My husband & I went to see John Wich 3. Theatre was clean. Recline sitting very comfortable and spacious. Picture clear. We had great time. I would recommend this theater.

This theater is in a great location. Close to restaurants on the Waterway in the Woodlands, Tex. It is also right behind the mall so close to shopping. Best seats in theater 5 XD theater is in rows G or H. This theater has the luxury recliners and several selections for what type of theater experience you want. Prices are typical for movie theaters. Great addition for a date night!
