Christina was horrible. I continuously asked her to be softer and at one point she laughed and told me that “it was going to hurt.”The next day I had bruises on my neck and upper shoulders. I was in so much pain and the room was so hot. It was not a relaxing experience in the slightest.

They did not pay attention to my listed allergy to collagen and used products that made my face breakout. I explicitly stated my allergy to collagen, caused by a tic-borne disease making people allergic to alpha-ga (in collagen)l. When I could feel my face react to the products the lady then checked the labels and confirmed that there was collagen in the products. She acted like it was no big deal, washed it, and gave me some cooling cream. I explained at checkout what happened and the girl was mildly apologetic and offered 10% off. My face raged with redness and pain for hours and I had to put ice on it to try and cool it down. I called several time asking to speak with a manager but no one would put me through nor would they call me back. I wanted to give them a chance to explain how they won't let that happen again to other people and perhaps offer to compensate me for the stress. It was a horrible and preventable experience that cost me over $100 and could have been avoided if they would have checked the ingredients of the products.

My daughter had an appointment to have facial waxing done 3 days before homecoming dance. Location was very clean. Staff was polite. Eyebrows turned out just fine but dreadfully the skin on her forehead and above eyes, approximately 6 mm above and below eyebrows had long strips completely torn off! This was not her first time for having eyebrows done, just made the mistake of going here. Cannot recommend at all since now skin is ruined.

Very pretty establishment with nice, welcoming service. I loved the respectful professionalism of the staff, and my masseuse Kate was lovely. She gave me a wonderful 60-minute Swedish massage and employed the use of hot towels (although she told me not all of the employees use them). I have already booked my next appointment with them! My only complaint about this establishment is the parking lot. It only fits about 5-6 cars and the neighborhood around the spa is residential so there was very little parking to be found on the street. I had to circle for about 15 minutes before finding a parking spot on the road - so plan to arrive a little early for your appointment in case you're hunting for parking.

I would not suggest going here for a massage, especially if you’re used to getting high quality massages - their massage therapists do not seem well trained. The pressure was much too firm, even though I requested lighter pressure during the massage, and the movements were rapid and jerky (unlike the long, gentle movements I’d typically associate with a Swedish massage). The massage therapist also handled my neck in a really unpleasant way, jerking my head around and manually stretching my neck by turning my head too hard to the sides - it was very concerning and made me feel unsafe. The towels were also not warm. This massage altogether was not comfortable and I experienced shoulder pain afterwards. Also, the receptionist said it would “take awhile” to print the receipt because their printer is so slow, so she encouraged us to walk around and look at products. It was an obvious ploy to try to convince us to buy products...especially considering she didn’t even tell me when the receipt was printed. All around a frustrating experience that cost way too much money.
