Alinea takes its name from a symbol meaning a new idea. After a major revamp of the entire restaurant, Alinea was born again with upscale contemporary features. It presents a unique concept of offering three different experiences across its spaces - the kitchen table, gallery, and salon. With a menu focusing on New American and avant-garde dishes, scallop paper noodles and steelhead roe are some of the chef's offerings. The presentation of each platter is an exquisite work of art and complements the robust and flavorful dishes. The menu is inspired by molecular gastronomy and with an experimental and innovative menu almost every day, this restaurant lives up to its name.
