I stayed the weekend of June 10 during 101 temps and first she lied and said the AC was working I just needed to give it time, the next day she said it was broken and someone would be out Monday to fix it. Reading reviews I see the AC never works.This is a dive motel with multiple safety violations, poor management, and no amenities.

They won't listen to you they will argue and they think they know what they are talking about but they simply don't. Rude. Obnoxious. Some of the worst people you will ever come into contact with. In my instance Booking.com charged my room through Paypal. At the hotel they took my card and charged me for another day. Double billed. I had the Paypal charge right there and he would refuse to even look at it. Paypal doesn't do holds. Paypal doesn't reverse automatically any charge. I was double billed. So I spend hours contesting the charge through credit card companies and filing complaints with the BBB and so on. The place isn't just dirty. They have no respect for anyone.

I felt like a break from the chain motels, the location was good, the price was great, and I was in a bit of a hurry, so . . . . . I DIDN'T REALLY LOOK AT THE REVIEWS! I should have had my guard up after seeing the signs in the office stating that I had FIVE MINUTES ONLY, after entering the room, to return and ask for a refund. But I was in a positive mindset, so it wasn't until after I had been there a half-hour or so that it began to sink in to me just how dismal this place was. How sadly neglected was it? So much that a rather attractive framed landscape picture on the wall was hung SIDEWAYS (hanger was broken and frame too bent to support it)! Beds were at least decent, as was the bathroom, but the room itself was just depressing. We could just barely wait till morning to get out.

Stayed there for weeks because I have no where to go. Bedbugs everywhere because they wash all bedding together plus the old mattresess from the sixties are full of them. The rooms smell of mold/mildew and the cleaning crew takes about a whole two minutes in your room which no real cleaning is done. Security is an issue as well as maintenance by using old construction site demos to furnish rooms. Not to mention the maintenance crew that is so high all the time that nothing rarely gets fixed correctly, not all rooms have fridges and depending on what you look like is what room and what rate they will charge which can change at anytime. Sometimes they let those people( by this I mean vagrants,druggies,prostitutes etc)in the middle of the night for a mere fifty bucks. These people do not care for your welfare or safety nor do they have any concept of customer service. Avoid this place at all costs and definitely do not take any children as there are out of state sex offenders there hiding out.Beware of this place spend your money elsewhere it is definitely worth the extra cost for your families safety. Nothing but money hungry selfish takers that are not or never been there to be of any service to you. These people simply do not care!!!!!!!

Stay away, deplorable and unsafe. No working smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector. Informed owners , made no attempt to rectify situation. Filthy furniture. Should be inspected by officials. Felt unsafe, barricaded door. No working a/c unit ,was at least 30+ years old . When checking in small notice stating you have 5 min. To inspect room NO REFUNDS. I checked in walked across the street for a pizza when I opened the motel door SHOCKING. Left before sunrise.
