Back in March, I reserved three rooms at this hotel for six family members at about $110 per night. The day before our trip, the hotel called and canceled all three of our reservations, claiming they had overbooked. That explanation fell apart when I went to their own website and found that rooms were still available—just not at the rate I had booked. The exact same hotel was happily accepting new reservations for around $355 per night, more than triple what we had reserved months in advance. It certainly looked like our reservations were canceled so the hotel could resell the rooms at a much higher price during a busy July weekend. Whether that's exactly what happened or not, that's how it appeared from a customer's perspective, and the hotel offered no meaningful solution after leaving six family members without accommodations at the last minute. If you make a reservation months in advance, you should be able to count on the hotel to honor it. Canceling confirmed reservations the day before arrival while higher-priced rooms remain available is unacceptable. This was the worst customer service I've ever received from a hotel. Because of this experience, I will never stay at another Quality Inn or Choice Hotels property, and I would encourage anyone considering booking here to think twice.

Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. My room was clean. Breakfast was very basic.

I have stayed there on 3 different occasions and the service has continuing to go down hill. Reservations and check-in is straight forward. Card keys malfunctioned and need to be replaced multiple times. Housekeeping was surprisingly good - although you have to ask for it. My room has always been clean with no bugs. Breakfast is a joke and food runs out a third through the services - front desk just shrug their shoulders. This happens every day. In-room coffee is hit and miss. Either they have lots of employees or they have their friends come to work with them and maybe that is why there is no breakfast after 7 a.m. The scariest things is there is something going on in the south parking lot. Multiple young males congregating and glaring at people parking. Cars driving into parking lot and then not parking. Makes you wonder if there are illegal things going on. South east corner of parking lot, next to building, smells like urine. Park on north side is more visible and it feels safter.By the way they know that if you don't stay there the next nearest hotel is about 15 minutes away.

Prices were elevated due to an event in nearby Cheyenne. Hotel manager refused to honor the rate booked online, threatened to have us thrown out of hotel if we didn’t pay the higher rate. Halls and rooms had horrible smell of some kind of cleaning products. Entire hotel is extremely outdated and carpet definitely needs to be replaced. Breakfast was very “minimal”. The hotel ended up charging our credit card twice- 2 different ( but exorbitant) rates.

Stayed here three nights for a funeral. Each day it was something different between zero help at to hanging. Up the phone when asking the front desk for a drain plug for the bath tub. Nothing left at breakfast even though breakfast ended at 9 but we were there at 7. I had also found bugs in my bed when me and wife went to bed one night. This place is a joke. Better to go anywhere else
