Built with intention. Rooted in Pueblo. Hopscotch is a mother–daughter owned bakery, led by two CSU Pueblo alumni who came back to build something meaningful in the community that built us. We took over a long-standing local bakery and refined it, bringing a higher standard of consistency, design, and execution while protecting what made it special in the first place. What makes us different is how we operate. Every product is made with precision, and every decision is made with long-term growth in mind. We’re not here for quick wins, we’re building something structured, scalable, and built to last. This is bigger than a bakery.
