Carpenter Ants and Rodent related problems (e.g. mice, chipmunks and squirrels) are probably two of the most prevalent issues in the Tahoe area, and both pests fall into our "specialties" category..!! Of course Carpenter Ants are more of a Spring, Summer & Fall issue, however once they have set-up house (in your house...) they can emerge at anytime of the year, including during the winter season.
