tripadvisorWe stayed on a Saturday night and on our arrival we noted that it was very clean and nice. Nothing dirty. No unusual or musty odors Very nicely maintained. Our room was clean and nice. Pillows were great. They have enough pillow variety that you can get a soft pillow, a firmer pillow.... Whatever your sleep style requires.Breakfast was basic but well done with good scrambled eggs. All in all very nice place to stay for a lot less money. Other comparable hotels in the area.
MoreOn our second night at the hotel we had the do not disturb sign on our door. Around 8:30 in the evening there was loud banging on our door it scared us to death. My daughter looked at the people and saw two males running down the hall. She waited a while and checked the hallway and no one was there so she went down to report this to the front desk. The lady at the front desk said I'll check the cameras but she said it nonchalantly and in a not caring manner. Around midnight people were running up and down the Halls screaming and yelling so we weren't able to get any sleep. When I reported it in the morning he said I'll check the cameras. Why didn't they do something when we first reported it at 8:30 and address this issue? They really didn't seem concerned about us so if you are older and traveling as females I would think twice before staying at this hotel.
MoreI had to leave when I saw the black mold under the AC. This was absolutely disgusting and there is no way this could have gone unnoticed by staff.
MoreWe stayed here twice before in 2020 and 2021 and this place has really gone downhill in just upkeep in general....cleanliness etc. Needs major updates especially to bathroom. Sink nasty and knobs wiggled and sprayed crazy, the floor had dirt and hairball under the sink area, the shower curtain would not stay closed, the shower took up to 15 minutes to get warm. There is a sign in elevator saying give shower 25 minutes to get warm because of water issues. Crazy! AC worked ok...bed lumpy. Just not the same as before. Probably won't stay here again.
MoreDoris Mason was very helpful & friendly. We are appreciative for her help. All the staff was nice. The room was clean & comfortable.
