Dr. Chinn Dr. Carol A. Chinn is our Head of Audiology. She is also the founder and President of Balanced Ear. Dr. Chinn has an incredible background in Audiology. She gained her Masters degree in Audiology, MA, from the University of Memphis. Upon graduation she completed her clinical practice, CCC's at the prestigious Shea Clinic in Memphis and worked for the Shea Clinic for the next 10 years.
