We had to drag all of our luggage to the second floor. No elevator. We are in our 60's and 70's. No one offered to help at all. The cart for luggage was so heavy that it actually made it harder using it.The room was all the way to the end of the hall with an outside glass door right outside the room.The breakfast was not very good. Compared to other ones that I have had.Not much there. Honey buns, bread for toast, cereal, yogurt and a waffle maker. Very small breakfast room. The room was not too bad.Bathroom sink was just inside the door entering the room.The shower head only let a very small amount of water come through, I guess because of hard water calcium buildup.Overall I wouldn't stay there again.

Way to much activity going on all night couldn't get much rest people just going in and out of rooms like it was some kind of....... Was not too happy in the morning didn't get enough sleep, I don't believe the night shift really pays attention to what is going on in the motel

Nice hotel, had lovely hardwood floors - much better than carpet. Rooms clean. Beds comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The layout for breakfast items needs work but lots of choices and they worked hard to make sure all items were available.

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful in getting us moved to a ground floor room as my wife was having difficulty with the stairs. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Several types of dining options nearby.

Best hotel in Albuquerque check it out every one is nice there is a waffle house next to the hotel they have a good atmosphere and a beautiful veiw of the town i say again check it out on central ave and tramway blvd
