We rank as one of New England's finest auto collision repair facilities. Our highly trained technicians and professional support staff insure that in the unfortunate event of an accident, your vehicle will be repaired with the quality of workmanship that only Hi-Tech Auto can provide. Hi-Tech Auto Body owner Tommy Tran believes in a simple philosophy; give the customer a quality job at a reasonable price and back it up with an iron clad guarantee. This company policy has enabled Hi-Tech Auto to grow into one of Rhode Island's most respected collision repair facilities. Tommy says "if you don't treat your customers right they won't come back" Well, we're proud to say that our customers have been coming back since 2001! Friendly customer service and support must be backed up with technology. The modern automobile is evolving rapidly, thus making new collision repair technology an extremely important part of an automobile's repair process. "You can't do the job right if you don't have the proper equipment" says Tommy. At Hi-Tech Auto we continually upgrade our equipment and processes to address repair challenges of complex systems and platforms found in all of the newer automobiles. Along with investing in the latest equipment, we also invest in the most important asset of any company... staff training.
