My service was GREAT! Kellie and Ramon are THE BEST bartenders ! They were sooo very attentive to my needs and made sure we had the BEST EXPERIENCE. They are irreplaceable! I love going to the in YARD HOUSE Rancho Cucamonga, Victoria Gardens!! Thanks guys. This year’s Birthday experience was definitely unforgettable thanks to Kellie, Ramon A., Cole and Michael G.!! It’s been an unforgettable and spectacular experience and all. They have an inherent, intuitive sense of service to their patrons. I felt like I was treated like royalty here! Hats off to the staff of Yard house Victoria Gardens.!

Victoria Gardens is one of those special malls. It is massive taking up several blocks and has a wonderful repertoire of stores, eateries, restaurants, and even a couple of huge department stores. The Macy's is great. They have places like Reebok, Kings Fish House, Kay Jewelers, H&M, the nice Brio Grille, a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Lululemon, Warby Parker, Gold's Gym, a food court, and an AMC movie theatre. The streets are easy to navigate, and they have a huge parking lot. It's in a beautiful area, so what's not to like. I really enjoy coming here

Victoria Gardens is a modern pedestrian-centric outdoor mall. As the City of Rancho Cucamonga seems to be part-owner (through its redevelopment agency) it's a bit of a mystery why they aggressively prevent photography. Any marketer with half a brain knows tourist photos sell destinations, so why would you discourage this? Clearly management sees this as just another mall and not as a retail destination in its own right. The layout is peculiar, with certain restaurants on the outside perimeter of the parking lot. Maybe that's so McDonalds and Del Taco can accommodate a drive-thru but it doesn't explain why sit-down PF Changs is so far from the core. Similarly the Bass Sporting Goods store is across the street, where it should have been an anchor store. The City's redevelopment agency really screwed-up not locating this near the Metrolink station, as this would have been one heck of a destination for train riders throughout the network. As it is, it's too far to walk and there's no frequent bus service. Perimeter parking is free but you have to pay to park close to shops inside. There is an EV charging area but most of the chargers are for Teslas. There is an AMC 12-plex but otherwise there's not much in the way of entertainment. The high security presence is a mixed bag -- you do feel safe but you get the impression you're under constant surveillance. In sum, it's just another me-too mall with a collection of familiar brand stores, surrounded by pretty landscaping but otherwise falling short of its potential as a destination retail center. You'll have more fun shopping at IKEA.

So, I liked this place, I live nearby and thought I can come and take couple pic for my photography class. And I was stoped by a security guard demanding me to stopped shooting otherwise they will turf me away because it's a private property - that means they can do whatever they want. I asked if I can take pic on my phone and he said no. I asked to provide a prof - he didn't have it because he forgot somewhere. I walked away, but I felt that somebody is watching on me. Here is anxiety. I called the management to complain. The management answers so I can take pics on my phone no problem. I wanted to complain and call was transferred to security. Not much help I got from them, and they confirm so taking pic on the phone is illegal, except selfies. Tried to convince me doing bad things. And you will probably be able to find thousand of pic on Instagram of that place. Don't pull out your phone - they will arrest you. I don't feel secure here anymore. So, yep people that how we should be treated. Bye gardens.
