DO NOT STAY HERE! This is a dump. The office stinks with worn out furniture. The room had a strong pinesol smell. Roach looking water bug my boyfriend killed, flying insects. Old hard lumpy mattress, uncomfortable pillow. Red dots on ceiling like blood. Hole in headboard that looked like boogers were in it. Old worn out furniture. Priceline rated it high..deceptive. Dirty hotel. Tried discussing with office lady. She barely spoke English and basically did not care.

Clean, which is a first priority. However, shower had little hot water in the morning. Bed comfortable, but pillows uncomfortable. Price is high for value received. Located next to busy freeway. Many other choices available in surrounding areas.

Rooms seem to have been renovated in the last few years. Some minor cosmetic repairs suggested to manager but only to be expected in a budget motel, they should hire a handyman to visit once a week to take care of minor issues . Room was clean and even though next to freeway on-ramp the room was quiet. Nice pool, clean but not heated so did not take a swim as it was Thanksgiving and a bit chilly. Easy walking distance Penrose Diner and to Old Town Temecula. I would stay there again.

Good location for walking to restaurants on Front St. Easy access to driving route to wineries. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room had some nice updates but the carpeting needed a more thorough cleaning or replace. Satisfied for the price.

The location is great with restaurants nearby and the wine country a short drive away. Easy freeway access. Everything was clean and the room was pretty spacious. The room was quiet. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, request a first floor room. Check in/out was easy. I would recommend this as a budget option since hotels in the area are usually pretty pricey.
