Our experience at Incredible Pizza was great. We had ages from 2 to ??? (An age we won’t put in print). We pre book our group. If you are a group of 10 or more I suggest you work with the agents by phone. The agents were able to explain all the packages. We arrived at opening. The buffet was filled with pizza, salads, baked potatoes, sweets and more. The pizza was hot and pretty good. It’s not gourmet but has good flavor. If the pizza sits too long or have one or two slices left they are taken off the buffet and replaced with fresh. Our grands loved the rides and arcade games. We spent about 2 hours in the entertainment area. There are games/activities for all ages. The kids were hungry on their way out and decided to eat ice cream. I believe overall we got a great value for our dollars spent. I’d repeat our visit to Incredible Pizza OKC. ( I’m told that the rides in OKC are not representative of all locations)

We have visited other locations of Incredible Pizza Company and found them to be fun and inviting. This location IS NOT. We arrived right after noon. The young gentleman working the register was not very friendly or helpful. Said our cards from previous locations had nothing on them while my account online shows they do. The buffet was at least 60% empty!! WHAT!?!? Other locations have a packed buffet all day long. When I asking if there was any more chicken the lady answered not now and walked off. 2 minutes later - not kidding you - she was over filling the chicken warmer. Kids were running around and screaming everywhere while staff stood and watched. They also were eating right off the buffet and nothing was said. The lady behind the buffet noticed some chips spilled on the buffet and simply brushed them back into the pan of chips that everyone eats from. Very low selection overall on buffet. Desserts were very limited, ice cream machine not working, cookies hard as a rock. I asked a staff member about the ice cream and he just said someone was probably looking into it. NO customer service what so ever. This locations gives all the others such a bad name, it is sad!! The game area was decent and had a good variety of games. Bathrooms had faucets that would constantly run. Notified an employee and she stated, ya they do that. I'll take care of it. She was friendly, but overall the staff seemed not happy to be there, miserable to be honest. Will NOT return. This company needs to shut this location down.

The Grandkids had a good time, I thought there would be a special for spring break but there was not. The buffet was good and they were keeping up with the crowd. The games were all expensive, dollars to play one game.

From what I read while there, this company is huge on encouraging children in their education. They offer incentives for good report cards. It was a little letdown that you could not go in and just play a round of miniature golf. They have a minimum to place on your “players card” before you enter. We did not eat at the buffet as we were there too late to both eat and play, So we opted to play and eat elsewhere. We enjoyed the interesting and educational putt-putt and we also enjoyed the race cars. There are bumper cars and many arcade games as well as miniature “fair” rides. A lot to do for families of all ages.
