Great store with a great assortment. You'll find everything from clothing to leather accesories (tiny to large). Suitcases, everything. And the clothing quality is amazing. They use high quality leather on their products.

I made a purchase during NFR in Las Vegas on Dec 14, 2023. They did not come through with the order of a men's logo shirt. I have corresponded by email (12 attempts every two weeks with replies from them of a resolution) and four phone calls only to be ghosted every time! At this point even a refund is all I want because I'll be damned if I support their products. They simply do NOT care! Zero absolutely no regard for basic customer service! Here it is now 112 days since that original transaction and still no resolution nor even the courtesy of a positive reply!!

Don’t expect this to actually be a saddle shop. I was embarrassed for the King Ranch when I went into this tourist trap. IT IS NOT A SADDLE SHOP. Anyone with any cattle or cowboy background will find this Laughable. It should be in a California city slickers shopping mall. Nothing Texan or Western about it in any true sense. A small corner in the back has some tack and a few leather things laying around on a modern table. No one working there on saddles. No saddles for sale. No tack for sale. Just overpriced city slicker stuff with King Ranch Brand Logo on it. I thought this would be one on my highlights to my Texas trip, but it wasA disappointment. Had I known, I would not have crossed the street for it. Plan to miss it.

PURCHASED A GREAT KR CONCEAL CARRY VEST UNTIL THE ZIPPER WENT BAD. THEN NOT SO GREAT. WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN IT FOR REPAIR, THEIR COMMENT WAS TO BUY A NEW ONE. THIS IS A VEST THAT WORKED WELL FOR MY USE BUT WITHOUT THE ZIPPER, IT DOES LOOSE IT'S UTILITY. THEY WEREN'T EVEN HELPFUL TO RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO DO THE REPAIR. BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT'S CONSTRUCTED , MY LOCAL SEAMSTRESS WAS HESITANT TO REPAIR. I WOULD NOT RECONSIDER BUYING THIS VEST OR ANY OTHER ITEM THAT WOULD HAVE A ZIPPER.
