i had received a gift certificate for 3 massages. the first session was not the best experience (room was cold, masseur did not pay attention to my needs). the second session was great. i scheduled the 3rd session but when i arrived the place was closed with a sign stating water and electric damage. they asked that we email to reschedule, but did not list an email address. the website is undergoing changes and the phone is temporarily disconnected. guess i'm not getting my 3rd massage (already paid for :( )

I (the female half of this review team) always go here when it's time for a wax. Wendy is virtually painless and everyone there is always friendly and happy to see me. It is a little difficult to find your first time here, but trust me, once you do find it you'll never want to go anywhere else.

I love love love this spa!! The staff is awesome and I feel like I'm with family when I'm there!! Wendy does the most amazing waxing, not to mention just how cool of a person she is! There are just so many talented people there! I bring my daughter in for Updo's and they treat her like a princess!! The owner is also just such an amazing person - love her! I HIGHLY recommend this place. I've bought gift certificates for my employees even and they have loved it too! Waxing, hair, nails, massage - I've done it all and not a single complaint!! BEST SPA IN DELAWARE!

I arrived early as I didn't know where the location was exactly and this was my first visit. I was ushered downstairs near the hair studio where way too many candles were burning. I sat and I sat. I could have been cross sold some of the other services if anyone had bothered to ask. Now I'm sent upstairs and my massage therapist leads the way to a room for a couples massage (I was there by myself) meanwhile the room was so small she could hardly get around the tables which did affect the quality. The quality was not anything that would make me return.
