tripadvisorBEST DAY EVER! We went with L3 Limo for a family/friend’s beach day trip and we could not have asked for a better experience. The limo was beautiful and clean. We had 40 people (adults and children) and fit comfortable on The Ultimate Bus. The air conditioning was able to keep us cool on the 95-degree day. Our driver Tony was so kind and helpful and very patient with our wild and crazy group! The booking experience was fast and easy and the communication all along the way was wonderful! The customer service from the first inquiry until we were being dropped off at the end of our trip was top notch. I cannot recommend L3 Limo enough!
MoreWe rented the presidential bus for a trip from Tampa to Gainesville for a UF football game. Our driver Tony was great and made it a perfect trip. The bus was spotless, had a cooler filled with ice and great speakers. A bathroom on board was very nice. I would highly recommend Tony and this company.

MoreWhen I booked a Limo Party Bus for my wife's birthday 01/23/2021, the driver I had requested at booking wasn't available, I was told by Steve, that he was sending one of his best drivers. The Driver Eric, showed up. First he parked a good distance from the house out on the road. He never once offered to help to load the Limo, specially the girls. The only thing he ask was do I have extra trash bags, never said what they were for or where they go. The inside of the bus was ice cold and I ask to turn it do a couple of times. My wife asked him and he snapped and said I can shut it off! Eric, never interacted with us at all, he had a personality of a slug. I attempted to email Steve during the ride, no answer as of this post. I also texted Steve yesterday and still no answer. I had used L3 Limo July 2020, the experience was second to none. This experience sucked. The drivers attentiveness and personality make the whole experience. We aren't asking for anything, just beware of a driver by the name of Eric and the no customer service after you pay.
