This company is great. Easy to communicate with via both phone and email.Our flight to Vegas was delayed - but they were following the flight times anyway and were ready to pick me up from the airport.We used VIP Limousines three times during our visit to Vegas the week of July 4, 2024.Two of the rides were with the driver Sergio. He was amazing.He picked us up from the airport and greeted us with a huge smile.Cold champagne in the car.We requested him as our driver for the next day - July 4 - our wedding day.Sergio patiently drove us around for 5 hours - from 7 pm to midnight.He took pictures of us at the famous Las Vegas sign.Traffic was horrible that night but Sergio was patient, super cool and friendly.We made dear friends with him.

Recently, we had the pleasure of experiencing Vegas in style, all thanks to Vegas VIP Limousine. From the moment we booked their services to our last ride in the city, the professionalism and luxury they offered were unparalleled.Navigating through the bustling streets of Vegas can be daunting, but with Vegas VIP Limousine, transportation was a breeze. Their fleet of vehicles was immaculate, ensuring we rode in comfort and style. The in-car amenities made our journeys even more enjoyable, a touch that added to the whole Vegas experience.

This was our 2nd trip to Vegas using Basil with Vegas VIP. You don't get any better, trust me - he's just an all around great guy. He took excellent care of us, taking us wherever we needed or wanted to go. He offered great dining recommendations, even making reservations for us one of the nights (and we were not disappointed - check out Capo's Speakeasy). He stayed in constant contact with us and was on time for every pick up. We were in town celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday and my husband's 50th - thanks to Basil and Vegas VIP for helping us create long lasting memories.

I have used VIP twice and have not been disappointed but have also not been impressed. I don’t think the price is great for to and from the airport, the service is not great and not bad and the drivers weren’t memorable for the good or bad. I would use them again if I had to but will try to find a company that I can say, wow what a great place to do business with.

foul mouth driver. smelled of alcohol. Lots of undesireables seems to know him. scketchy at best. Be careful
