Would you like to glide through the streets of San Antonio? This city tour is conducted not on a bus, but on Segways—each tourist gets their own Segway HT! For those of you who aren't in the know, a Segway is a self-balancing two-wheeler that can transport you anywhere much faster than your own two feet. Take joy in riding it as you pass by Houston Street, Riverwalk, King William District, La Villita and finally, Alamo. Training is a part of the deal and costs around USD65 per person. Don't wait—make reservations as early as possible, or else, you may have to wait in queue. What's more? Gift certificates are available too! Check the website for timings.

tripadvisorIt's difficult to find an activity that the whole family can enjoy when you have young teens to college age kids. A Segway tour is a great way to start a visit to San Antonio. We were fortunate enough to have Matt Garcia take us on a tour of the city. The tour was very informative and injected the history of San Antonio painlessly into our kids. We all had a great time! I've been on a Segway tour in the past (Philadelphia) but this one was better. This was the highlight of our trip to San Antonio. The website has a glitch at times - we couldn't book online, so we called the telephone number and I'm glad we did!
MoreVery fun tour...lots of history...lots of Segway ride time... humorous guide... one of the best Segway tours I have taken!
MoreThis tour was the perfect mix of thrill and touring for our family. We parents still like to do exciting things and our 18 & 20 year old thought this was the best part of our trip. We are all so glad we did this! Our guide Braedon put us at ease riding the segways, which were developed initially for the disabled in mind. What an amazing adventure and way to get-to-know San Antonio so well!
MoreI took my oldest and youngest son with me and we had a great time. Brayden and Joseph both possess a wealth of historical knowledge and they kept the tour fun and safe despite how busy the city was during our tour. I highly recommend you try it if you are considering it.
MoreOn our December 2018 visit to San Antonio TX, my wife and I decided it would be nice to take our God Daughter on her first Segway ride and tour San Antonio. Made reservations the previous day and reported in for our tour. We were presented with some papers to fill out. on the second page (section C) was the beginning of Segcity's liability waver. In short, you waver any and all action regardless of circumstances. My wife and I declined to sign this document and subsequently, the tour was terminated. The company has declined full refund of $222.78, citing a 48hr cancellation policy now pending credit card merchant dispute. Beware dealing with this organization. Wally Bell
