I climb here regularly and love this place. The local community is very nice and inviting. They reset the walls very often, so you are never board. I would recommend coming here if you are in the area. The staff are friendly, they offer events and birthday parties, there is rope climbing, bouldering, classes, and exercise equipment.

I’ve been here several times with my kids...first time when they were 5 (now they are 8). Each time, the instructors have been fantastic and accommodating. Great option for a rainy day. And love the auto-belay options for them to get extra climbing in on their own.

We've been here quite a few times and the climbing is always great. It can get very crowded on a weekend especially if there are events going on. This can make it frustrating. The staff is generally friendly and if you've never climbed they make it easy to learn. There are routes for every ability.

Making arrangements for a birthday party for six year olds were easy enough. The price was decent. Signing the waiver was a no-brainer. The staff was helpful in offering their space and ready the festivities within pre-set time constraints. When I inquired about a Kiddy Friendly wall, I suppose I expected it to be so. Most of the little ones were overwhelmed however. Instead they resorted to running around within the facility, to release some energy. The bouncy mats were quite inviting. Obviously, this was frowned upon and I was approached by a staff member to rally the children back to the area clearly Not Kiddy Friendly. A bit disappointed, I felt it was not up to me to do so and expressed myself. Going forward, the staff should step up with clear rules and inform the parental units, as the responsibility should not be placed on guests.
