Downtown is a fun place to go. From the fun little shops and a lot of restaurants to choose from. I personally love the 905 Cafe and Jaquelines Bakery next door. Plus Saturday Farmers Market is great to get lical handmade products and foods…. Love, love, love it!!!

Cute downtown, ate at Irish Pub Meg O Malleys which was very good. Decorated for Christmas, very nice time. Some shops & restaurants were closed because it was Monday.

Wonderful historic area of Melbourne with small shops, nice restaurants and a few bars. Great for a family outing. Visit day or evenings. Weekends the busiest time

Nice small town. Lovely beach and restaurants. We only spent two days and one night, but it was enough to have a flavor of this town. Visit the old downtown at night and have diner at one of the great restaurants in the main street.

Another evident victim of Covid with empty storefronts and a struggling downtown. We walked here from Melbourne Beach, so we at least had great exercise - 12 miles round trip. Gives you something to do on a rainy day, maybe spend a couple hours here. Usual homeless folks milling about, but they seemed harmless.
