the staff is very pretentious they have a item that I bought there and after wearing for 2 months stone fell out. I took it in to be repaired and they said the ring was in such bad condition that all the prongs ect needed to be repaired, the ring has been worn for 2 months so there is no way this could be damaged please beware of this company they are selling sub- standard jewerly and you are having to pay for it when it falls apart

I've made number of purchases at this store. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. If you're looking for something unique; outside of the usual jewelry at Zales, or Kays, this store is more than worth a visit. They also have some of the most beautiful jewelry boxes you would ever want to get your hands on.

Had a great time looking at all of the beautiful and rare jewelry. The prices range from very affordable to some very high end pieces. Found some things I had to have. The sales staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met. They were so patient showing me Everything I was interested in and did not rush me while I chose my items. Bonnie and Alice are sweethearts. Would go there every day if I lived closer.

I thought this was going to be a normal retail store. It was not. Very small, minimal selections and prices not any better than online (maybe more expensive than online in some cases). They should advertise that this is a SMALL store. Was very disappointed. Won't be back

This is my second time in the store. Great deals, beautiful jewelry, and their bargain counter have very good prices. A must-read for any jewelry lover visiting Knoxville!
