We are not happy with Manager of Comfort Suites today 9/6/26 at approx between 330 to 350 or you Manager blaming coworker for housekeeper violating our bed!That was inappropriate.The housekeeper or someone violating our privacy coming in our room without being scheduled or asked to then coming in and going through our bed and taking our pillows was innappropriate!We felt violated....from us by not giving us an immediate refund only telling us by invoice, 1/2 of the money we could get through Choice, since we did not book through you directly. We left with no money in hand, but a sheet of paper and reference number through Priceline when we called for our refund as you, the Manager told us to do.How was violating our privacy, possibly going through our things in our room (paid for) solving your business problem!!!??? Was that a proper Manager solving decision or did you just created more problems.This is not defaming but the truth. Violating privacy is a serious matter.
MoreVery poor service. NO BREAKFAST AFTER 9:00. We were not informed that Choice Hotels cheats their guest out of being served breakfast. We are traveling and chose in part due to advertising “Hot breakfast” as part of fees. We checked into our room late at night. We were not told NO BREAKFAST AFTER 9:00.We walked into breakfast area at 9:05 and were told they have different hours for weekdays.

MoreComfort Suites can be a creative shoot. Some are great. Some are not. This one fall under the latter category. The pool was unusable as it has a layer of suds on top, the shower tiles had mold, and the halls reeked of marijuana. The one good thing…fresh lemon infused water in the lobby.
MoreHotel staff was very helpful in accommodating my family and providing a nice experience for all of us . The rooms were clean and our family was able to rest comfortably. Next time we are in the area this hotel will be our go to choice. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
