Due to experience with my own injuries and finding Therapeutic Massage as a way to get relief, maintain physical comfort, and prevent further injury, my educational focus has been in courses designed to help you get pain relief, more motion and easier mobility. I have taken continuing education courses in both Deep Tissue and NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy/Advanced Deep Tissue.) I usually incorporate these techniques, as well as Trigger Point Therapy into a base of light to moderate pressure Swedish Massage.
