This location had many issues. The hot water in both sinks was lukewarm, when we complained they said they checked it and it was between 110-125 degrees; not possible. There was a drawer missing in the bathroom sink and lighting in the sink area was terrible. The couch was very uncomfortable. Told them the iron was barely warm. They brought me another one that didn’t work at all. There were only 2 elevators for 6 floors and 1 was broken the whole 6 days we were there and the other one that worked was very slow and when the doors closed you prayed you would make it to your floor. When booked they did not state they charged for parking yet there was a daily parking charge. The toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex were very cheap. You are near a fire station and it is extremely busy!The staff was nice and the room was clean. The appliances were nice and the tv setup was very convenient.We would not recommend anyone to stay here.
MoreWe stayed here for a youth basement tournament. Location and accommodations were excellent. All went well and have no complaints other than a disrespectful family across the haul from us. They simply did not respect anyone else on the floor...nothing to so with the hotel. Special thank you to Rachel Davis (Sales Manager). She was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Not many people left with that level of customer service. Well done Rachel! we will visit again. Cheers!
MoreRoom was not ready for 1.75 hours after posted check in and fridge would not cool below 54 degrees. Staff did not care about room not ready or that we lost over $100 worth of spoiled food.
MoreI recently brought a large group to Louisville for a conference being held at the Louisville convention center. Once again our stay at this hotel was an incredible experience. Dave and his team did an outstanding job of accommodating our group, going above and beyond to make us welcome! There was always an abundance of delicious food at breakfast, and lots of fresh hot coffee! The rooms were impeccable, and the lobby area was a cozy area for many in our group to meet up and socialize after a day at the conference. The location of this hotel is also really great, a short walk from the convention centre as well as the riverfront trail and park network. I highly recommend this hotel!
