Excellent experience. I was there for a conference and it was so convenient to be so close to the convention center. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Nice hotel but my room had a bad smell like there was a dog in the bed and it was very unpleasant..with clean sheets I can still smell it. I was afraid to look at the mattresses . luckily I stayed one one night for business. This hotel does allow dogs.

My daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara while attending the Monday Night Football game between the 49ers and Commanders, and overall we had a great experience.The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Levi's Stadium. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and offered a fantastic view of the stadium, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly, and helpful, and the food quality was very good.There were only a couple of minor issues. The air conditioning unit was difficult to adjust, and the room became a bit too cold, so I eventually turned it off. Additionally, the Evo ToGo online ordering experience could be improved. The online menu primarily displayed beverages, making it difficult to see food options. As a result, I had to guess what to order and ended up choosing a burger. When I called for assistance, the staff member was unable to provide details about the menu selections.Despite these small inconveniences, our overall experience was very positive. The morning market offered a great variety of satisfying breakfast options, and the hotel's cleanliness, location, service, and stadium views made this a memorable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again for future events at Levi's Stadium.

Amazing location for events at Levi stadium! So easy to walk and not worry about parking or rail! Love the view of stadium!

Everything about the hotel is great no real wow factor other than it being next to the Levi stadium. Our check in staff was friendly and knowledgeable check in was smooth. Our food server Jasmine was quick and very polite. In the morning the cleaning lady was knocking on the room wall next to ours as she was cleaning, making it very hard to sleep in. We booked a room so we didn't have to drive a hour home late. We gave our daughter a ride home who lived in So.San Jose 10/15 minutes out it was an easy drop. On our way back with the traffic it took us almost a hour to get back to the hotel because of the road blocks from the concert traffic.
