While I've enjoyed several massages at Massage Envy, I despise their deceitful business practices. They charge their customers $60 a month for a service they may or may not be able to use. I tried putting my massages on hold while I was on maternity bed rest and was unable. I tried gifting the massages but it was too tedious and costs an additional $10. You also must change your Massage Envy location to 'gift' the massage you've already paid for. So I continued paying monthly so I wouldn't lose my massages. I eventually had to stop paying because I was acquiring too many massages that couldn't be used. I was recently contacted in regards to the lawsuit against Massage Envy and awarded 60% of the massages I was unable to get. Only I could use these Massages but I also wanted to pay for one for my husband. They told me he would be $50 for an hour massage. Unless he's been to a Massage Envy, then he would be $90! This doesn't even include their shameless plugs and their checkout which suggests you tip an additional $20. I have been all over the country getting massages (love them). On average, a massage runs $50-$60. So the same massage that they generate revenue from runs $50 is $90 if you've been a customer in the past, UNLESS you agree to give them $60 a month? I'm really surprised they can stay in business!

The staff and the massages provided there are amazing. The lobby is welcoming and clean, and the front desk people are very nice and helpful. The massage I received was full customized and was exactly what I wanted and paid for. It was my first time so I got a special rate of only $75 for a 90 min massage, which in my book was a great bargin. I highly recommend giving them a try. They also offer a membership for only $59.99 I think is what they said....
