We were beyond pleased with our couples day. Life moves so quickly sometimes, and it’s hard to relax. From the moment we walked into their establishment, we were comfortable, and were treated with wonderful hospitality. Linda and Ashley were amazing. I feel so great. It was a much needed day of relaxation, and they did just that. I am excited to plan another day!

Took a party of 8 to the Spa at the Waterway. Working with management (Linda) was wonderful as I set up this special day. Because we were a big group, Linda had to call in extra staff to accommodate all of us and our timing. But she did it and we were all whisked away at the same time for our relaxing treatments. While they serve complimentary beverages, we were allowed to bring in our own and had them in a special spot just for us. Afterwards, we rested in our soft robes in the lounge area and just had a several moments to talk and rest before we had to dress and head home. A wonderful way to celebrate!

First experience was very good - liked the haircut - a simple bob undercut with face framing at chin. This is not a challenging cut and my hair is very manageable. I went back to repeat the haircut. While the stylist acted as if he remembered details and knew me well, the haircut was not remotely as the first haircut. Upset, I pulled up the photos of the original haircut on my phone. It had to be cut very short, and still was not the desired undercut. The stylist blamed me for not communicating it better with pictures at the beginning. He blamed my hair. I've worn this cut for many years! The management was no help and actually confused matters even more. I do not recommend this salon.

This was just an ok experience. For being inside a very nice Marriott hotel, it is very lacking. The drapes are covered with dust and filth. The lady who did my French Manicure was average at best. She did the white tips but then just did a clear coat over the entire nail instead of adding the pink coat to give it the full french look. She was very nice, but the front desk staff was not very welcoming and the waiting room is just so-so. Not bad but not plush as expected. The pedicure was a nice experience and well done, but I couldn't get past the dust and dirt collected on the walls and drapery. It did not give a satisfied feeling that they keep their tools clean and sanitary.

The salon at the waterway is so professional and well staffed. The attention to detail is just wonderful and my hair looked truly amazing ! Can't wait to get back there.
