I had such a great experience at Evolutions Med Spa in Santa Barbara! I went in for Botox and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. They took the time to answer my questions and explain everything, which I really appreciated.The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless, and the results look so natural, exactly what I was hoping for. I still look like myself, just more refreshed! :)The spa is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and you can tell they really care about their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Evolutions Med Spa to anyone considering Botox or other treatments.

We were visiting Santa Barbara for a few days and decided on a spa day. Based on the Trip Advisor reviews, we chose Evolutions. The facility is pretty and well-maintained. Since we made the appointments rather last minute, they weren’t able to accommodate 3 of us at the same time, so one of us was 1/2 hour prior. However, while waiting for the others, we were able to use the sauna and relax in the tea lounge. We were all very satisfied with our treatments. Although one of us had a shorter treatment than expected, the managment adjusted the price accordingly. We would go back.

Best Experience! The concierge is so welcoming and attentive. I went in for a facial and Erika is so gentle and kind. I left glowing! My entire experience was worthy of 5 stars, I'd give 6 if that was an option. This establishment is clean and professional through and through. Thank You Erika!

I have been going to the spa for many years, I have nothing to say negative about the treatments, I usually buy a 5 treatments package, so I asked how many were left, the girl in front said she would check while I was having my treatment, when I finished no one gave me the info requested and when I asked for Stéphanie who initially told me the package were 4 and not 5, this time said it s 5, she looked at the computer and came up with a number making no sense, no one could tell from my charts how many were left, while I never asked for more treatment just to know how many were left, so I left frustrated with the absence of an easy info, I called and requested a call from Brian the manager, was told he is not available and Barbara would help, she lost 15 min of my time trying to answer and at the end she stated that she will have to check with the therapist as one of the treatment was not in my chart but did know why, anyway still wondering what Brian does as a manager as no ONE seems to know how many treatments were done, on the top of that Stephanie stated with a sweet voice, you did a face and neck treatment today, I corrected her right away that I had just a facial, all that to day I am looking forward to finish my package and find another place, better managed.

What a great massage! The masseuses and staff are experts and extremely professional. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.
