We visited Franklin Tennessee and went on a drive on the Natchez trace Parkway and enjoyed the view. We then traveled for about 50 minutes to Bell Buckle Tennessee, which was a little small town that’s well known for antique shops and murals. The picturesque views on the drive was amazing! The kids loved walking around downtown and climbing on the train. We ate at the city café and that alone was worth the trip! So good!!

Approaching this beautifully designed bridge along the Natchez Trace, you feel as if you are entering a prison. The tall wire fencing ruins the experience. Hopefully this unfortunate decision will be revisited if local suicides aren't significantly reduced.

Wow – what a pretty drive out from Nashville to check out this bridge. Made for some nice family photos – there are photo ops above and below. Would love to drive more of this parkway as I’m sure there is more to see than we did.

Beautiful drive on the parkway, very peaceful and serene. However, the view from the bridge itself is obstructed by the fence.

Amazing views but the view was sort of obstructed by the chain length fence. They’ve obviously had a problem with people jumping. There’s a crisis call button and a sign for a mental crisis hotline number. It made the experience a little sad.
